We specialize in architectural-grade metal casting using a diverse range of premium alloys. Our primary materials include Brass (CW614N, CW617N) for intricate casting and fabrication, and Bronze (CC480K, CC491K) for commissions requiring rich patinas and warm, organic textures. For large-format architectural elements, we utilize Cast Iron (Grade 250/300) and Mild Steel (S235–S355), the latter providing high-tensile structural frames. We also produce lightweight components in Aluminium (A380, ADC12, 6061-T6) that are fully compatible with specialized protective coatings

Our expertise extends beyond metal to include the precision engineering of hybrid elements. We utilize CNC precision-cut glass—available in float, tempered, frosted, seeded, and smoked finishes—specifically for brass-glass fusion installations. Furthermore, we machine solid surfaces like DuPont Corian and HI-MACS, integrating them with metal inlays or creating backlit architectural panels with seamless joins. These materials allow us to coordinate multi-substrate projects under a single production framework.
The character of every Oystra commission is defined by hand-applied artisan finishes. Our Chemical Patination process uses agents like liver of sulphur and ferric nitrate to achieve deep blacks, ambers, and verdigris tones. For a refined aesthetic, we provide Mirror and Hand Polishing to an archival Ra 0.05–0.2 μm using a meticulous grit progression and buffing technique. Every piece is ultimately preserved with specialized Lacquer or Wax Seals, ranging from matte to high-gloss, including reversible waxes for archival specifications.
For projects requiring high durability and precise chromatic matching, we offer a suite of technical coating services. Our Electroplating (PVD/Wet) delivers gold, silver, and black nickel finishes with exceptional surface hardness reaching 2,000–3,000 HV. We also provide high-performance Powder Coating featuring a 500+ hour salt spray resistance and Liquid Paint (2K PU) matched to bespoke Pantone, NCS, or RAL specifications. To ensure optimal adhesion, surfaces are prepared using Shot or Sand Blasting to a Sa 2.5 technical standard.
Every stage of production—from the initial melt to final quality inspection—is conducted within our 40,000 sq. ft. integrated facility in Noida to ensure zero dependency on external vendors. Our technical infrastructure includes CNC Metal Laser Cutters (±0.05 mm accuracy) and CNC Machining (Turn/Mill) for high-tolerance threading and precision fittings. We utilize 3D Printing (FDM + SLA) to deliver rapid prototypes and wax patterns within 24–72 hours, allowing for geometric verification before committing to metal. This fully controlled environment allows us to issue a Material Passport with every commission, documenting the exact alloy specifications and surface Ra measurements to match your design intent.

Submit Your Brief. We'll Build the Specification.
Every Oystra commission begins with a formal design brief — not a catalogue selection. We review your project parameters, material requirements, and site constraints before preparing a specification response. Our team operates in the technical language of architectural and interior design practice.
Whether you are specifying a single architectural component or coordinating a complete interior material package across brass, glass, and solid surface, Oystra’s submission process is structured to your programme and procurement timeline.
