RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. I CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET MY MONEY BACK PLEASE?

We accept cancellation but unfortunately, We do not issue refunds if the order is in the production process. However, the customer may cancel within 3 days of the booking with the receipt issued by OYSTRA. If 3 working days or more have passed since the booking, we cannot offer a refund.

2. CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FOR A FULL REFUND?

Customers can not return the product after delivery. But if there are defects in the products, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving them. In that case, we would be happy to help and find solutions for the issue!

3. CAN I CHANGE AN ITEM FOR A LARGER OR SMALLER SIZE?

  • If the customer wants to change the size/design of the product, we do offer changes within 3 days of the booking with the receipt issued by OYSTRA. The customer is responsible for the designing cost if it's custom made, and we will share the cost of the new product & its shipping.

  • If the item is received in a different size than what we have listed please inform us within 24 hours of receiving it. In that case, we would be happy to help and find solutions for the issue!

  • We do not offer exchanges on items that are delivered or in production.
