All items manufactured are customized based on each client’s specific design choices and measurements, after prior approval of drawings and terms.Therefore we follow a no return policy on all orders placed with us.
Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, client is entitled to a pre-production cancellation refund policy of 50% amount paid to Oystra Concepts Private Limited, within 7 days from date of purchase. This amount is to be separate from the Package amount purchased at our website, which is 100% non-refundable.
To be able to avail the refund, client is requested to mention the following in mail format –
Subject – Refund of Order # (mention the Order # which will be generated at time of advance payment).
Mail body to cover following details – Receipt of Advance payment confirmation (as attachment), Bank Account details where you want refund to be credited, reason for cancellation.
Oystra provides a 1 year free warranty on all items supplied and installed. This covers any manufacturing defects or problems developed in the item in due course, without external impact or environmental deterioration at clients end. This warranty will be strictly followed from the date of work completion and handover to client at site, and is applicable for 1 year from the said date.
Upon receipt of repair request, Oystra team member shall visit the site and examine the problem in presence of client. If warranty clause is applicable, the repair will be scheduled and confirmed to client, else they shall intimate the charges of repair work to client and it will be taken forward after client’s approval on said charges.
